Seviyan Pulav: Ingredients. 1 Cup Bregano Vermicelli, 1tsp Oil, 1 tsp Ghee, ½ tsp jeera , 1 Clove , 1 Small Stick Dalchini, 1 Elachi, ¼ Cup geen Peas , ¼ Grated Carrot. ½ tsp Chilli Powder, ¼ tsp Haldi, ½ tsp Garam Masala. Salt to taste.
Method:
Heat the oil in a deep non stick kadhai, add the Bregano, Vermicelli and saute on a medium flame for 5 min. remove & keep a side.
Heat the Ghee in the same non-stick kadhai add the cumin seeds, clove, cinamon and cardamom and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Add the Green peas and Carrot and saute on a medium flame for another 2 minutes.
Add the Chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt and saute on a medium flame for another 2 minutes.
Add 1 cup of water, mixwell and cook on a medium flame for 3 min. while stiring occarionally.
Add the Bregano Vermicelli and mix well. Cover it with a lidard cook on a medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes. While Stirring occarionally.
Add the lemon juice and mixwell.
